Das Gericht in Carlow wurde 1830 nach dem Vorbild des Tempels von Llissus in Athen erbaut. Es gilt heute als das schönste Gerichtsgebäude des Landes. Ursprünglich war es für die Stadt Cork gedacht, aber die Pläne wurden wohl verwechselt, und so steht es jetzt in Carlow!
