Managed with care by the Leslie family for generations, the beautiful "Glaslough" or Green Lake is considered by many to be one of the best-preserved lakes in Ireland. It is synonymous with monster pike: in 1991, a specimen weighing 38lb 9oz (17.5kg) was caught in the lake and broke the 18-year official Irish record. In 2012, our angling guests reported a terrific year of fishing. Our records show catches from 18 - 30lbs fish. Many of our guests advise us that they have caught their "largest ever fish" in Glaslough Lake and are set to return to break their own personal record and that indeed of others! Join us at the Lodge and enjoy a full day's fishing with overnight accommodation, a two course dinner in Conor's Bar and a hearty full Irish breakfast the next morning
