Doonbeg Clare - Ireland West

Breathe in the sea air as you play along one and a half miles of beach and dune – the ocean is visible from 16 of the 18 holes. The 15th hole is a favourite (or not, depending on your point of view!). It’s a par four of 440 yards to a funnel shaped green surrounded by towering dunes. The excellent Lodge hotel has suites and cottages if you want to make a holiday out of it.
