'Teach Hughie' is a three bedroom bungalow situated on own grounds in a quiet scenic countryside location 3.5km from Ardara Town, in County Donegal. The bungalow is only 4.5 km from the sandy Narin beach and the Narin 18 hole golf course. Ardara is famous for its spectacular scenery, beautiful unspoilt beaches and the hospitality of its people. It is a designated Heritage Town and also a well-known centre for the manufacture of Donegal homespun tweeds. The Ardara Heritage Centre has an exhibition of old photos of the parish on display during the summer months, a cafe serving all homemade foods, a fine theatre and a mini cinema. Accommodation consists of three double bedrooms with built in oak wardrobes/dressing tables with matching headboards. There are wood floors in two of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace with solid fuel stove and a mahogany built-in TV, DVD and storage units. There are tiled floors in the living room, kitchette and hallway. The kitchenette is off the living room and is well equipped with electric cooker, extractor, microwave and fridge. An outhouse includes a washing machine, dryer and sink. The large garden has outdoor furniture and parking. There are PVC windows and doors and central heating. This property is convenient to sandy beaches, an 18 hole golf course, pitch and putt, angling, horse riding and hill walking. A baby sitting service is available and pets are welcome.
