HOW TO ENTER
1-Visit www.discoverireland.com.au and follow the promotional links or go directly to www.discoverireland.com/au/campaigns/jumpintoireland /

2-Fully complete the online form with your personal information and contact details (as prompted); during the promotional period. Follow the prompts and submit the form.
 
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
1-Entry is open to residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.

2-The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

3- Multiple entries are accepted.

4-No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

5-Promotion commences on 13/03/12 and closes on 30/04/12. Entries will be judged on 01/05/12 and the winner will be informed by email. Should the email sent to the winner not be answered within 10 days, another winner will be selected. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6-The best entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will win the following prize:
• 2 economy return flights to Ireland from Australia for the winner and a nominated friend from Sydney or Melbourne. Should the prize-winner be based elsewhere in Australia they will need to organise their own domestic return flights for them and their companion. Maximum value of the two return, economy tickets: $4000
• 7 nights B&B in a double or twin room valued at a maximum of $700.
• 1 week Car Hire (standard model, group A or equivalent): $550
• Total prize package: $5,250.

7- This prize is subject to availability and valid until one year after the date of notification (date the email will be sent). Embargo period may apply.

8 – The prize is non transferable and non redeemable for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes. Should the prize cost less than $4,700 no cash-back or upgrading is permitted. Prize is dependent on availability.

9- If unforeseen circumstances, beyond Tourism Ireland’s control require a change in the departures or any part of the itinerary, Tourism Ireland will provide an alternative Ireland holiday of equal value at our discretion.

10- Accommodation prize is based on double room or twin share room.

11 - Airline tickets must be used in conjunction with a trip to Ireland in economy class. Tourism Ireland reserves the right to determine the airline carrier depending on best available price.  Taxes and fuel surcharges are to be covered by the winner. Travel restrictions may apply. The prize winner and their travel companion must travel together.

12- Any airport taxes and excess baggage charges to be borne by the winner.

13 - Skywards miles and chauffeur drive do not apply.

14- Prize winners are subject to Tourism Ireland normal terms and conditions.

15- All other incidental costs unless otherwise stated, including any costs related to travel, passports, taxes, visas, meals, beverages, optional excursions whilst in Ireland, transfers to and from departure points, additional accommodation and insurances, etc… will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

16- The promoter highly recommends that all prize winners purchase adequate travel insurance from a reputable travel insurance provider prior to their departure from Australia.

17-If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.

18-The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

19-The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20-By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit (including their creative entry) being entered into a database and the Promoter and its partner may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. If opted-in, all personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and its partners. A request to access, update or delete any information can be directed to that office. In addition, all creative entries and the travelogue, and photos accompanying, become the property of the Promoter and its partners and it is a condition of entry that those creative entries may be used by the Promoter and its partners for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.

21-If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

22-The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

23-Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

24-All contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

25-The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
