Curragh Mor Cottage is a beautiful thatched cottage which was originally built in the 1800s. It is situated on its own private grounds in a scenic rural area near the village of Ardara in County Donegal. The cottage is well equipped and nicely decorated for an enjoyable and memorable holiday. At Curragh Mor Cottage, guests will find a fully refurbished kitchen, separate living room, two bedrooms and shower. The cottage can comfortably sleep up to five people. The living room has an electric stove, which creates a very cosy atmosphere in the room, while the entire cottage features oil central heating for those chilly evenings. The three-star accommodation also features all modern conveniences, such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, TV and DVD player. A cot is available for guests with small children. Additionally, children are welcome and enjoy playing in the front garden. Past guests have found Curragh Mor to be ideally located for touring North West Donegal and Northern Ireland. Attractions found in the vicinity include Narin Beach, Easaranca Waterfall, Doon Fort and Portnoo Pier. Reduced weekend rates may be available from October to June.
