Carlow, el segundo condado más pequeño de Irlanda, es una joya que brilla en el corazón del soleado  Sureste. 

Los ricos pastos, sus verdes prados, coloridas montañas, y el tranquilo Río Barrow hacen que el visitante sienta que acaba de entrar en el patrimonio celta.

Courthouse en la ciudad de Carlow fue construida en 1830, y se inspiró en el templo de Llissus de Atenas. En la actualidad es considerado el mejor palacio de justicia del país. Al parecer debía haberse construido en la ciudad de Cork, ¡pero se liaron con los planes y le tocó la suerte a Carlow!
